Weekend Getaway

Last two weeks, I did something I never did in my life, that is went for a trip with friends for a weekend. I've done alone, but never with friends which is pretty weird haha. The friends are friends I know from the academic camp I went last December. We planned the trip in a short time I'd say, but it was worth it. The intercity train ride was my first one in Malaysia actually! I've been on intercity trains a few times, but apparently not in Malaysia :P

Anyway.. back to the story! 

Anas, Amna, Ami, Kak Farah and Tip and I arrived at Bagan Serai, Perak KTM station as early as 4.30am and we had to wait for the big boss, Pipa to come to pick us up to our homestay which is app. 20 mins from the KTM station. So while the wait, we played "heads-up" & monopoly.

Then.. the whole day, was full with activities with our students from the camp. Unforgettable! :)

After we had lunch at Nafiz's (one of our students), Pipa sent Kak Farah and I to Ipoh. We wandered around the town for awhile before our train to KL.

I would say that the trip was somehow a trip I wish it was longer. It was really brief, while so much more that we could do.

Tapi apakan daya, jodoh kita mungkin ada pada masa hadapan. InshaAllah. :)
